Steve Guetter
General Manager - Commercial Pilot, CFI, CFII, MEI
Steve is a Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor with single and multi-engine land ratings as well as a single-engine sea rating. Passionate about seaplane flying, he has served on the board of Directors of the Minnesota Seaplane Pilots Association and the Seaplane Pilots Association. Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA.
Paul Jackson
Chief Pilot - ATP, CFII, MEI
Paul, a native of Minnesota, obtained his Private Pilot License (PPL) from St. Cloud State University and has since pursued a distinguished career in aviation spanning several decades. With over 28,000 flight hours, his experience encompasses a wide range of aircraft, from the J-3 to the Boeing 737. Paul is an active warbird pilot and the owner of a seaplane.
In addition to providing flight instruction, Paul owns and operates a seaplane base in northern Minnesota and a fly-in camp in Canada. He is deeply committed to safety and proficiency, emphasizing to all his students that the key to flying safely is consistent training. “The more you practice, the better prepared you’ll be for any situation.”

Advanced Flight Training and Leasing instructors can provide training in your aircraft, at your location. They can also provide training at one of our two locations: South St Paul, Minnesota (KSGS) or by request in Leesburg, Florida (KLEE).
